Aello is one of the two monstrous children of Electra and Thaumas. She appears in the stories of the Argonauts from Greek mythology. Aello is a Harpy: part woman, part bird of prey. Just like her sister Ocypete.

Harpies are not creatures to handle without gloves. they rob and kill.

This work is made up of recycled reinforcing bars and old metal plates. The work is made as a garden statue and will rust over time.
