The neighbors gave us a beautiful set with old chess pawns. Romans against Gauls. Unfortunately the chessboard was no longer there. I wanted to make a chessboard for a long time and now I had the perfect excuse in advance. You can go a long way with an old mill wheel, some reclaimed concrete irons and some rusty metal plates.
